To setup email, you need to first create an email account (mailbox) in your Control Panel.
Step 1: Create an email account in your Control Panel
- Login to our client area: https://www.serverworld.com.au/support/clientarea.php
- Click on My Services
- Click on Manage button next to the Hosting Service (note whether it is a Linux Hosting or Windows Hosting service)
- Click on [Login to DirectAdmin] (Linux Hosting) or [Login to Plesk] (Windows Hosting)
