	Payments via Paymate do not clear straight away

Article Customers please note that if you decide to use Paymate to make your account payment, the authorisation and clearing time before we can release the services to you are as follows:

Australia and New Zealand Clients:

Credit card payments may typically take 1 full business day to be paid while an approval Straight Through Payment will be paid the same night as the authorisation. Paymate will send the vendor a "Payment Approved" notification, and services will not be released until this notification is received.

North American Clients:

Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 full business days to process.

If you want to make your payment clear instantly, please use PayPal instead.
